Bradley G. Waller has over 30 years experience working on hydrology related projects in South Florida, Mexico and the Caribbean. He is currently President and Principal Hydrogeologist with Hydrologic Associates USA, Inc., which he and his partners formed in 1988 with offices in Miami, Orland and San Juan. In his early career he worked with the US Geological Survey Water Resources Division where he completed numerous projects in the Everglades Basin, Big Cypress Swap, Everglades National Park and the urban areas of Southeast Florida. During his tenure at the USGS he attained the position of Research Hydrologist along with being the Miami Office Water Quality Specialist and Technical Report Specialist. Bradley G. Waller has specialized in water management issues where he has frequently been retained as an expert witness for both private industry and the Federal Government. He is considered an expert in Everglades and Wetland hydrology and has extensive experience in the Big Cypress Swamp.

Leo J. Swayze has over 30 years experience working on quantitative hydrology in South Florida, the Caribbean, and Central and Latin America. He is currently Vice-President, Principal Hydrologist, and co-founder of Hydrologic Associates USA, Inc., which he founded with his partners in 1988 after spending 15 years with the U.S. Geological Survey, Miami Subdistrict. Mr. Swayze expertise includes theoretical and applied ground-water hydrology, modeling of ground-water flow systems and solute transport modeling, geochemistry of ground-water systems, assessment and remediation of impacted groundwater, field geology, aquifer performance testing and quantitative derivation of aquifer properties. Mr. Swayze received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Miami in Geology and Chemistry. Mr. Swayze also serves as the Company’s expert witness in legal cases involving quantitative hydrology, and while with the USGS, hand 17 technical publications.

Theodore M. Miller has over 50 years experience working on quantitative hydrology in South Florida, the Caribbean, and Central and Latin America. He is currently Secretary-Treasure and Principal of Hydrologic Associates USA, Inc., which he founded with his partners in 1988 after spending 25 years with the U.S. Geological Survey, Miami Subdistrict. Mr. MIller expertise includes collection, computation, and analysis of stream flow data, water levels (groundwater and surface water) design and construction of an extensive array of hydrologic analysis of long-term hydrologic records. Mr. Miller attended Florida State University and the University of Miami.

Robert A. Miller, P.E. has over 40 years experience working on technical projects primarily addressing surface water hydraulics, stormwater management, and mathematical modeling of surface water systems. He is the retired chief of the Investigation Section of the US Geological Survey Water Resources Division in Orlando, Florida and since 1995 has been working for Hydrologic Associates USA as a Senior Engineer and Principal in charge of the Orlando Office.

James T. Miller, P.E. has over 14 years experience working on technical projects primarily addressing Phase I ESA and soil/groundwater remediation projects. He has been working for Hydrologic Associates USA as a Senior Engineer in the Miami Office. His education includes a Civil Engineering Degree from Florida International University and Masters work in Environmental Engineer. James is a registered Professional Engineer in Florida.

Jim Labowski has been a hydrogeologist/geologist since 1976, and has worked in applied government research (U.S. Geological Survey, Georgia District and Miami Subdistrict), government regulatory (Miami-Dade County Department of Environmental Resources Management, U.S. Bureau of Land Management, and U.S. Corps of Engineers), and private industry (Texaco, Inc., Hydrologic Associates USA, Inc. and his own company for over 7 years).

Heather D. Ensing graduated from the University of Miami, Coral Gables, Florida in 2000 with her undergraduate double major degree in Marine Science and Geology. She began groundwater and soil sampling for contaminated gasoline service stations as part of preapproved cleanup sites through funding from the State of Florida. In 2001 she joined Hydrologic Associates U.S.A., Inc. and continued assessing properties through Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Phase II Environmental Site Assessments and Remediation Activities. She is currently the Project Geologist at Hydrologic Associates U.S.A, Inc.
